Revenue Retriever explains what it thinks is missing and why. It offers the vet some suggestions, which they can add to the bill with just a couple of clicks. Or they can go back to the consultation and add more products and services manually.
Alternatively, the vet may exercise their professional judgement and override Revenue Retriever entirely. Management can give each vet a configurable number of overrides to use each day. Each time they use an override it is logged, both for management to monitor and as feedback to help improve recommendations in future.
