Once Revenue Retriever is integrated into your Provet Cloud practice management system, it keeps detailed records every time it prompts a vet to add missing items on to a customer invoice. When extra items are added to a customer bill, as a result of Revenue Retriever’s intervention, this additional revenue is recorded so you can see the total gain in your management reporting.

As well as the bottom line increase, Revenue Retriever provides reports and data around billing compliance at the group, regional, clinic and individual level. It can also report on where its recommendations are being ignored.

All of this data and analysis is available through a set of standard reports or an API. We also offer bespoke reports to support your specific requirements.

Analysing and identifying new areas for improvement

Once your staff have become accustomed to Revenue Retriever and its reminders, it is easy to add additional checks to recover missed revenue in more areas.
